About us

The entrepreneur Carsten Johansen runs a number of successful companies in different areas. The family has always had a huge interest in horses and the company 2M2 Horses was founded in 2010. Eighteen first-class Hanoverian foals, two Swedish warmblood foals and one Dutch warmblood foal were purchased in 2010. The horses are now being nurtured under the watchful eye of one of the best grooms in the country and are allowed to roam freely in the paddocks and simply be horses - free!

THE OBJECTIVE

We shall become one of Scandinavia's principal equestrian centres by taking a focused, objective and long-term approach with top-class horses. The horses will have the very best conditions to ensure their well-being and performance. Stables, sheltered pasture and trainers are essential for achieving our objectives and are selected carefully. We will have 30-40 international top-class horses for sale and in training/breeding.

BUSINESS CONCEPT

We want to be part of developing and improving Swedish and international equestrianism through the breeding and professional training of high quality dressage and show jumping horses in a unique environment where the focus is always on the horses. 

STRATEGY 

We work with major international associations in Europe, such as the Hanoverian Society, the Olden burger Horse Breeders Society, KWPN as well as the Swedish Warmblood Association. Closer to home, we work alongside Troentorp stables, which has more than 25 years' experience of breeding, rearing and selling horses, and offers one of Sweden's most amazing environments for horses. We also collaborate with many well-renowned, highly talented people within the field.
